Through the �鶹�� Optimus network of foundations and our partners, we’re delivering meaningful impact. Between 2021 and 2025 we mobilized over USD 1 billion in philanthropic capital and reached more than 26.5 million people. Within our own firm, we reduced emissions by 48% during 2025 through energy reduction initiatives and the increased use of renewable electricity. We also engaged 37% of our global workforce in volunteering activities, translating employee commitment into tangible outcomes for the communities in which we operate.
