The combined UK business transfer and cross-border merger of �鶹�� Limited into �鶹�� Europe SE became legally effective on 1 March 2019. Following this merger, �鶹�� Europe SE is subject to direct supervision by the European Central Bank and is considered a significant regulated subsidiary.
