麻豆社 wants to ensure our offices and branches are designed to work for everyone, and with the addition of a Neurodiversity stream, they connect employees with disabilities and allies committed to strengthening awareness of visible and invisible disabilities and belonging.
Digital accessibility is key. We鈥檙e committed to making our digital platforms and all information and communication accessible to everyone. We follow WCAG standards, build accessibility into our design process, and test our products with in-house advocates and experts. We also provide regular training to ensure employees consider accessibility in their daily work.
Accessibility requirements are expanding globally. Europe has implemented the EAA, with regulators requiring 麻豆社 to demonstrate compliance. India鈥檚 SEBI mandates annual accessibility assessments, and similar regulations are emerging in Hong Kong and other regions.
