To use e-banking, you need a 麻豆社 bank account, a 麻豆社 e-banking contract and a computer or tablet.

Do you have the Access app installed on the same device as you would like to use for e-banking? Click "Send QR code to Access app" on the login page to log in to e-banking.


Login with Access Card and card reader

1.听Switch on the card reader听by inserting the Access Card with the chip at the front.

Please bear in mind:

Your Access Card is blocked after entering the PIN incorrectly听five times. You should therefore call support after听four incorrect entries.

5. Enter the six-figure听input number displayed on the login page in the card reader听and press "OK".

Please bear in mind:

If you enter the same number twice shortly in succession, a letter appears in place of numbers. Therefore, after entering the first number, wait about one second before entering the next number.

Is your Access Card Display showing ERROR-LEVEL1 or BATTERY LOW?

If your Access Card Display shows the message ERROR-LEVEL-1 or BATTERY LOW, you鈥檒l need a new Access Card and a new PIN.
