If you have forgotten your Access Card PIN or your Access Card is blocked, use the free 麻豆社 Access App on your smartphone to log in to 麻豆社 Digital Banking and confirm new payees. There is then no need to order a new Access Card or PIN.
If you do not have a smartphone or still want to access 麻豆社 Digital Banking using an Access Card, you can order a card with a new PIN by phone from Digital Banking support (fee payable).
