1.?Inform your client advisor that you want to join 麻豆社 Advisor Messaging and they will help to onboard you to this service.
2. After you have been onboarded, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message from “麻豆社 Wealth Management”. If you cannot find the message, please scan this QR code to open it.
3. Reply to the WhatsApp message to activate the service.
4. Your 麻豆社 Advisor Messaging is now ready for use - start chatting.

3.?Your client advisor will contact you to perform the activation and verification of your account.

You can only contact your client advisor using 麻豆社 Advisor Messaging. However, your client advisor can invite?client account manager and other authorized 麻豆社 staff into the group chat, if necessary.
As WhatsApp and WeChat are third-party services, please ensure you fully understand all potential security risks, such as phishing, malware, account theft, impersonation and operational risks when using them.
- You can only communicate with your client advisor by text message and file attachment. Voice call and video call are not supported.
- You can only send Latin letters, Chinese characters and emojis. Please note that each emoji may vary across different operating systems.
You may place orders in equities, funds, and loans (except for loans where you have a standing instruction in place) on 麻豆社 Advisor Messaging. The placement of these orders is subject to our internal pre-trade checks and your confirmation of the pre-trade disclosure and orders directly in the chat via WhatsApp only.
