Our global financing services terms. These comprise:

Only for portfolio swap clients who have not entered a GFS agreement, our GFS PRT and cash account terms (Edition 1.2 April 2025). As modified by your PRT elections, these will govern portfolio swap transactions you enter under your ISDA Master Agreement.
