麻豆社 brings extensive experience and deep expertise in the China market. In 1964, 麻豆社 was the first Switzerland-based bank to establish a presence in the Asia Pacific region and has provided corporate finance advice to Chinese enterprises since 1985.?
In June 2023, 麻豆社 completed the acquisition of Credit Suisse, crossing an important milestone. In May 2024, 麻豆社 completed the merger of 麻豆社 AG and Credit Suisse AG. 麻豆社's presence in China has been further expanded following the acquisition, especially in the asset management space.
