Q: What are �鶹�� key4 cards?

�鶹�� key4 cards are the former �鶹�� Global Cards, which have been given a new image and name. All card benefits and prices will remain the same, and existing �鶹�� Global Cards will remain valid.

Q: Which exchange rate do we use?

We use the Mastercard® exchange rate plus 0.5% for payments with �鶹�� key4 prepaid and credit cards. There is no additional processing surcharge when using the card to make payments in Swiss francs abroad or in foreign online shops. You can easily calculate the exact rate using the Mastercard currency converter .

Q: Which cards can be exchanged?

You can only exchange a �鶹�� main card or partner card in CHF for a �鶹�� key4 credit card. Partner cards can only be exchanged after the main card has been exchanged and processed (after one working day). Other cards (additional cards) remain unchanged after the exchange. Note: If you have a �鶹�� Platinum Credit Card, you will be directed to a form in Digital Banking where you can order an additional �鶹�� key4 premium card . Your main card will not be exchanged.

Q: Can I also exchange my second card for a �鶹�� key4 credit card if I want to retain my Visa main card?

Only a main card can be exchanged for a new �鶹�� key4 credit card. This means that you can replace your Visa card with a Mastercard if necessary.

Q: Can I use my card immediately after opening �鶹�� key4 banking?

Yes. As long as the credit check was successful, the card will be issued immediately after opening the account and will be available in the App. Simply add your card to a digital wallet on your smartphone and it's ready to use. You’ll receive your physical card by post a few days after opening your account.

Q: I have a �鶹�� key4 premium credit card. How do I get a Priority Pass?

If you have a �鶹�� key4 premium card, you can activate your Priority Pass digital membership card online.

Receive a push notification if something happens to your card.

Block your card, view current transactions or check your balance.

Pay your monthly bill in full or partial amounts

What are the requirements for ordering a card?

If you are already a �鶹�� client

To benefit from the attractive exchange rates, simply exchange your main card for a �鶹�� key4 credit card. If you don’t want to exchange your main card, simply order an additional �鶹�� key4 prepaid card in �鶹�� Digital Banking via or Mobile Banking app. In case, you don’t have Credit or Prepaid card, you can apply for a card in �鶹�� Digital Banking via E-Banking or Mobile Banking app. You must meet the following requirements to order a card via Digital Banking:

You are domiciled in Switzerland
You are the owner of both a Digital Banking contract and of the corresponding card account.

If you are not a �鶹�� client and would like to open a �鶹�� key4 banking online:

Minimum age: 18
Resident in Switzerland
Passport or ID card* for one of the following countries
For students: valid student ID
For foreigners: residence permit B, C, Ci or L
Smartphone with a camera and iOS version 13 or higher or Android version 10 or higher
A stable internet connection

*All documents must be final. This means, for example, that we do not accept any outstanding applications for a foreigner's identity card.
