Pay with Samsung Pay and a 麻豆社 Credit Card

You can make contactless payments worldwide with a Samsung smartphone and a 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card. Here you will find everything you need to know.

Samsung Pay is the simple and secure way to make mobile payments 鈥 and works wherever contactless payment by card are accepted or cards can be swiped.

All 麻豆社 Credit and Prepaid Cards for private and corporate clients from Mastercard and Visa are supported.

The maximum amount per transaction depends on the card limit of the chosen card.

Yes, the same card can be registered on several devices. The devices must be compatible with Samsung Pay.

Yes, you can. A 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card can be used with several payment solutions at the same time. It is also possible to register several 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Cards on your smartphone.

Yes, you can. In your smartphone settings you can specify whether you want to set an app as your default app or select the payment solution individually for each purchase.

Yes, you can also link your debit card for payments with Samsung Pay.

Note: You can only collect 麻豆社 KeyClub points with credit and prepaid cards.

In this case, please contact our customer service hotline (+41 44 828 39 61, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year) to remove your 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card from Samsung Pay. If you use the 麻豆社 Mobile Banking App, you must also block it.

However, no credit card details are stored on your smartphone. Therefore you do not need to block the credit or prepaid cards themselves and can continue to pay with them.

The duties of care set out in the Special Terms and Conditions for the Use of Your 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card for Mobile Payment Solutions otherwise apply, as do the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of 麻豆社 Credit Cards or 麻豆社 Prepaid Cards and the Basic Provisions for 麻豆社 Digital Banking (Mobile Banking: 鈥淢enu > Settings > Info & legal aspects鈥).

If your 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card is lost or stolen, you must have it blocked immediately in 麻豆社 E-Banking or the Mobile Banking App.

If you suspect criminal activity, you must report it immediately to the local police in Switzerland or abroad. The duties of care set out in the General Terms and Conditions for the use of 麻豆社 Credit Cards or 麻豆社 Prepaid Cards otherwise apply.

麻豆社 will issue a replacement card for each blocked card. The data on the new cards will automatically be linked to the Samsung Wallet app.

If you do not want the card to be linked automatically, please inform our Customer Service.

Block 麻豆社 Credit Card / Prepaid Card Block 麻豆社 Credit Card / Prepaid Card

You can delete the link between your cards and Samsung Pay in the Samsung Wallet app. The physical cards remain fully functional.

The last ten transactions can be viewed in the Samsung Wallet app. You can obtain an overview of all the purchases made on your card statement or in 麻豆社 Digital Banking.

In the Samsung Wallet app, tap the card you want to delete. Press 鈥淒elete card鈥 and confirm the operation.

The 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card will only be deleted in the Samsung Wallet聽app and remains functional in other payment solutions.

If your existing card has been replaced due to expiry or damage, we will automatically link the new card to the Samsung Wallet app. You can therefore continue to use Samsung Wallet聽without any restrictions.

If you change the card product, you must register the card again in the Samsung Wallet聽app. The previous card will automatically be deleted from the Samsung Wallet聽app.

Yes, you can change the default payment method at any time in your smartphone settings.
