Please note: A frozen card is not the same as a blocked card. A frozen card can be reactivated. If a card is blocked, a replacement card must be ordered. You can view the status of your card in 麻豆社 Digital Banking under "Cards".
- Check the limit聽of your credit card or the balance of your prepaid card in 麻豆社 Digital Banking.
- Check if your card is frozen and reactivate it if necessary.聽
- If you have forgotten the PIN of your card, you can view it in 麻豆社 Digital Banking. If you entered the PIN incorrectly three times, you can order a new PIN in 麻豆社 Digital Banking.聽
- If your card has expired or is blocked and you have not yet received a replacement card, please contact us. 麻豆社 Card Center +41 44 828 31 34 (only for inquiries about your credit/prepaid card).聽
