In this case, please contact our customer service hotline (+41 44 828 39 61, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year) to remove your 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card from Google Pay. If you use the 麻豆社 Mobile Banking App, you must also block it.
However, no credit card details are stored on your smartphone. Therefore you do not need to block the credit or prepaid cards themselves and can continue to pay with them.
The duties of care set out in the Special Terms and Conditions for the Use of Your 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card for Mobile Payment Solutions otherwise apply, as do the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of 麻豆社 Credit Cards or 麻豆社 Prepaid Cards and the Basic Provisions for 麻豆社 Digital Banking (Mobile Banking: 鈥淢enu > Settings > Info & legal aspects鈥).

You can delete the link between your cards and Google Pay in the Google Pay app. The physical cards remain fully functional.
The last ten transactions can be viewed in the Google Pay app. You can obtain an overview of all the purchases made on your card statement or in 麻豆社 Digital Banking.
In the Google Pay app, tap the card you want to delete. Select 鈥淩emove payment method鈥 from the menu in the top right-hand corner (three items).
The 麻豆社 Credit or Prepaid Card will only be deleted in the Google Pay app and remains functional in other payment solutions.
If your existing card has been replaced due to expiry or damage, we will automatically link the new card to the Google Pay app. You can therefore continue to use Google Pay without any restrictions.
If you change the card product, you must register the card again in the Google Pay app. The previous card will automatically be deleted from the Google Pay app.
