CSX must consist, at minimum, of an account and a Debit Mastercard. As the card issuer, Swisscard AECS GmbH has additional requirements for CSX credit cards, which are listed on the factsheet.

For CSX, the price is made up of the prices of the accounts and cards you have selected. You therefore only pay for what you have selected. Details of the prices can be found in the factsheet. The fees are charged to the CSX Current account in CHF on a quarterly basis.
