Â鶹Éç (Lux) Fund Solutions (the “Company”), a “SociĂ©tĂ© d’Investissement Ă Capital Variable (SICAV)”, wishes to inform you of the decision to merge the share classes Â鶹Éç (Lux) Fund Solutions – Bloomberg MSCI Global Liquid Corporates Sustainable UCITS ETF (hedged to GBP) A-dis and Â鶹Éç (Lux) Fund Solutions – MSCI Europe Socially Responsible UCITS ETF (EUR) A-dis (the “Merging Classes”) into Â鶹Éç (Lux) Fund Solutions – Bloomberg MSCI Global Liquid Corporates Sustainable UCITS ETF (USD) A-acc and Â鶹Éç (Lux) Fund Solutions – MSCI Europe Socially Responsible UCITS ETF (EUR) A-acc respectively (the “Receiving Classes”) (all share classes collectively referred to as the “Classes”) on 11 November 2024 (the “Effective Date” and the “Merger”).
