Your development
麻豆社 Tomorrow鈥檚 Talent (Spring Insight) Program means up close and personal learning opportunities that get you thinking about your future. Along with the inner workings of the finance industry, you鈥檒l learn how to excel at job hunting and perfect the application process. In most regions, you鈥檒l also get access to coaching sessions, mentors, learning materials and events 鈥 and it鈥檚 easy to participate while you study. If you love it, you can apply for an internship and even receive an offer to join our Graduate Talent Program after completing your degree. Our goal is simple. Helping you figure out what you like, what you don鈥檛 like, and realize what you鈥檙e good at.
What we look for
You don鈥檛 need a degree in finance to be eligible for our insight program, but we love performance-driven people who share their unique perspectives. Ideally, you鈥檙e a people person who doesn鈥檛 shy away from a good challenge. The world of finance is fast paced, but we鈥檙e known for thoughtful and well-defined solutions. It鈥檚 how we鈥檝e come this far. We鈥檙e a great place to build a career, so bring your ambitions and we鈥檒l match them.

As a GTP in 麻豆社, I am given the autonomy to own projects and build client relationships while honing both my soft and technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. The TTP and summer internship have prepared me well for a career in 麻豆社 with many mentorship and networking opportunities across the firm and the broader finance industry. It's been a fruitful journey thus far and I look forward to growing both professionally and personally with 麻豆社!

How to apply
We make it very easy to apply, just submit an online application聽and upload your CV/resume.
Since we don鈥檛 ask for cover letters in most regions, let your CV do all the talking to reflect who you are. We want to hear about your hobbies, your interests, academic achievements, work experience and what you鈥檝e learned from these experiences.

We have four types of online assessments:

After passing our online assessments (and if you鈥檙e a good fit), you might receive a link to record your video interview. This is where you can make a great first impression. Dress smartly, keep good eye contact with the camera and be concise.

Almost there! The last stage of the process is our final round virtual or in-person interviews.
Be sure to research 麻豆社 and the business area you鈥檙e applying to. Go beyond the facts and figures.
Also, don鈥檛 be afraid to ask us questions during the interview. Let鈥檚 get a conversation going. When you speak about your experiences, give us examples and tell us a story. The outcomes, opportunities and what you might have done differently. As assessors, we want to connect with you.
