Break into the industry and widen your scope with our �鶹�� Graduate Talent Program (GTP). With the chance to receive one-on-one coaching from some of the best in the industry, our 18–24-month graduate program is the best way to start your career. In most divisions, rotation is key to our training, so, you’ll work across different teams, learning all there is to know about financial markets, our services, products and �鶹�� day-to-day. You’ll build your network and take on real responsibility in an environment that's designed to help you thrive.

Your development

From the moment you join our graduate program, you’ll be supported by our experienced Junior Talent team for anything you might need, along with your line manager and buddy who'll work with you throughout. GTP Induction kickstarts your program, an interactive 2-day training schedule to introduce you to all aspects of life at �鶹��. And our Ready 4 Work training will prepare you for your job.

You’ll gain lots of new skills with our unique technical training in our graduate program and the opportunity to explore various AI capabilities across the firm. And it’s all to make sure you’re in the best position to succeed from day one. Soft skills like impactful communicating and personal branding will not only help you excel during your time at �鶹��, but throughout the rest of your career. You’ll also create a huge network of peers through our GTPNet for even more networking opportunities.

You don’t need a degree in finance to be eligible for our graduate program, but we love performance-driven people who share their unique perspectives. Ideally, you’re a people person who doesn’t shy away from a good challenge. The world of finance is fast paced, but we’re known for thoughtful and well-defined solutions. Asia Pacific (APAC)

Our Graduate Talent Program applications in APAC open at different times depending on location. Roles are advertised for an initial period of four weeks and may remain open until filled. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is recommended. You may submit a maximum of three applications across all our business divisions and APAC offices during the same academic year.

Requirements

You have no more than two years of work experience
You’ll have graduated by the program start date

Switzerland

Applications for our Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland are accepted and considered throughout the year. Roles are advertised for an initial period of four weeks and may remain open until filled. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is recommended. You may submit a maximum of three applications in total across all our business divisions and Swiss offices during the same academic year.

Requirements

You’re a recent graduate (in the last 18 months)
You have no more than 12 months of work experience after graduation
Your GPA (Swiss grading) is at least 4.5 (or equivalent)

UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

Applications for our Graduate Talent Program in UK and EMEA typically open in September. Roles are advertised for an initial period of four weeks and may remain open until filled. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is recommended. You may only apply for one program within the UK and one in the rest of EMEA (excluding Switzerland) during the same academic year.

Requirements

You're on track for a 2:1 (or equivalent) in your first undergraduate degree
You have graduated no more than two years before the program start date

United States

Applications for our Graduate Talent Program in the US typically open in September. Roles are advertised for an initial period of four weeks and may remain open until filled. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is recommended. You may submit a maximum of three applications across all our business divisions and US offices during the same academic year.

Requirements

You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
You must be graduating

Since we don’t ask for cover letters in most regions, let your CV do all the talking to reflect who you are. We want to hear about your hobbies, your interests, academic achievements, work experience and what you’ve learned from these experiences.

We have four types of online assessments:

Verbal reasoning
Numerical reasoning
Inductive-logical reasoning

The assessments you’re assigned will be dependent on the business area you’re applying to. They need to be completed within seven days of receiving the invitation email and should be completed only by the applicant. Please note, you won’t be able to complete the assessments after the deadline. You also won’t be able to retake them, so make sure you can focus.

Why do companies use online assessments?

The abilities and behaviors we learn about from them are a great way to get unbiased information about the candidate.

What are the verbal or numerical reasoning tests about?

These look at how you draw logical conclusions from complex verbal or numerical information from tables and charts.

And the inductive-logical reasoning test?

This is a fun one. You’ll be looking at logical rules in patterns and then applying them to different sets of patterns.

After passing our online assessments (and if you’re a good fit), you might receive a link to record your video interview. This is where you can make a great first impression. Dress smartly, keep good eye contact with the camera and be concise.

Be sure to research �鶹�� and the business area you’re applying to. Go beyond the facts and figures.
