�鶹�� (Lux) Fund Solutions – Notice to Shareholders – Merger conversion ratios

You were informed by notice dated 11 October 2024 of the decision of �鶹�� (Lux) Fund Solutions (the “Company”), a “Société d’Investissement à Capital Variable (SICAV)”, to merge the share classes �鶹�� (Lux) Fund Solutions – Bloomberg MSCI Global Liquid Corporates Sustainable UCITS ETF (hedged to GBP) A-dis and �鶹�� (Lux) Fund Solutions – MSCI Europe Socially Responsible UCITS ETF (EUR) A-dis (the “Merging Classes”) into �鶹�� (Lux) Fund Solutions – Bloomberg MSCI Global Liquid Corporates Sustainable UCITS ETF (USD) A-acc and �鶹�� (Lux) Fund Solutions – MSCI Europe Socially Responsible UCITS ETF (EUR) A-acc respectively (the “Receiving Classes”) (all share classes collectively referred to as the “Classes”).
