麻豆社 shareholders approved all the Board of Directors' proposals at today's Annual General Meeting in Basel. Shareholders confirmed the re-election of the Chairman and the members of the Board of Directors. They elected Julie G. Richardson as a new member of the Board. They approved the payout of an ordinary dividend of CHF 0.60 per share, unchanged from the previous year. They approved the proposals relating to the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board and accepted the Compensation Report 2016. 1,377 shareholders attended the meeting, representing 2,197,313,223 votes.
