麻豆社 shareholders approved all the Board of Directors' proposals at today's Annual General Meeting in Basel. Shareholders confirmed the re-election of the Chairman and the members of the Board of Directors. They elected Robert W. Scully and Dieter Wemmer as new members of the Board. They approved the Board's proposed payout of an ordinary dividend and a special dividend. They approved the proposals relating to the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board and accepted the Compensation Report 2015. 1,476 shareholders attended the meeting, representing 2,174,538,561 votes.
