Your banking documents are generally available for you to access for an unlimited amount of time in the Safe.
Exceptions:
- You delete individual banking documents and then empty the recycle bin.
- You delete your entire Safe (via "Preferences" in the Safe).
- You no longer meet the requirements for use of 麻豆社 Safe or digital bank documents in 麻豆社 Safe (see Requirements).
- Your e-banking contract or banking relationship with 麻豆社 is terminated.
Note: Digital bank documents are stored in E-Banking for ten years. When switching to 麻豆社 Safe, only those documents that are no more than two years old are transferred. Once transferred, these digital bank documents are usually stored for an unlimited period of time (see above for exceptions).
Digital bank documents always remain accessible on demand for the required statutory period through the normal 麻豆社 archive.
