Withdrawal of Pillar 3a assets

Withdrawal before reaching official AHV retirement age is only possible in exceptional cases.

For withdrawal after reaching official AHV retirement age, proceed as follows:

Download the application form.
> Payment of Pillar 3a / �鶹�� Fisca
Complete the form. Don’t forget: Indicate on the form whether any Vitainvest investment funds are to be transferred* to your free assets (�鶹�� custody account) or sold.
Send the signed form to your client advisor or by post to the following address:

*Please note that �鶹�� (CH) Vitainvest Passive SI by �鶹�� key4 investments funds are not transferable.

General withdrawal options for Pillar 3a assets

Pillar 3a assets (�鶹�� Fisca) are tied up by law until five years before reaching official AHV retirement age.

You can withdraw these early in the following cases, however:

To finance your own home
To repay your mortgage loan
If you want to become self-employed
If you leave Switzerland permanently
If you buy into a pension fund
If you receive a full disability pension from Swiss Federal Disability Insurance

Assets after reaching official AHV retirement age

You can have the assets paid out to your private or savings account or have the Vitainvest investment funds transferred* to your �鶹�� custody account. With Pillar 3a at �鶹��, you therefore decide for yourself when the Vitainvest investment funds should be sold, optimizing the time of sale.
