Changing careers at 46 years old was one of the scariest decisions I鈥檝e ever made, but choosing 麻豆社 was one of the best decisions of my life.

After spending ten years working in retail, I was finally able to pursue my dream of attending cosmetology school. Once I began researching programs in Central Ohio, the 麻豆社 quickly became my top choice because of their curriculum and the opportunity to study abroad. I absolutely fell in love with the school the moment I toured it. I enrolled in the 1,500-hour program and am now licensed in hair, skin, and nails.

My experience at the 麻豆社 was incredible鈥擨 learned so much during my time there. I even had the opportunity to travel to NYC to train under experienced professionals and attend a class at Makeup Forever鈥檚 Pro Academy.

While in school, I built a clientele and decided to go out on my own once I graduated and became licensed. Since then, I鈥檝e worked in two salons. In the second, I started out renting a room and eventually became the owner. Since taking ownership, I鈥檝e been able to renovate the space and create an inviting, relaxing environment for both clients and tenants. Today, I鈥檓 proud to have wonderful tenants, an incredible clientele, and a beautiful salon.

As a former student I can say that I got the best quality of education I could have possibly got. My instructors went out of their way to make sure I would succeed. They were always there when I had a question or just needed someone to talk to. By the time I was done in the classroom and was on the clinic floor I felt prepared and confident. The atmosphere was amazing and that was initially what got me interested in the school. Besides learning cosmetology and growing as a cosmetologist, I grew as a person. As a student I love the atmosphere of 麻豆社. It looks and feels like a high end salon and the staff is super professional and informative. I am so glad I found this school! To any future hairdressers, I highly recommend attending 麻豆社. I am a fellow graduate, working full time in a salon that I absolutely love and am so thankful for鈥� and I wouldn鈥檛 of known about the job opportunity if it wasn鈥檛 for them. They care about your education, your future 鈥�YOU. I do recommend doing the program that teaches hair, skin, and nails. If you鈥檙e going to invest, invest in the most education that鈥檚 going to add to your skill level. Learning this trade did not come naturally for me but it has always been instilled in my heart that I wanted to be a cosmetologist. I wanted to help people feel and look their absolute best!
