How do I switch to digital bank documents ?

It only takes a few minutes to switch to digital bank documents. After that, you can access them on the go via digital banking.

Desktop

Step 1

Log on to聽E-Banking.聽

Navigate to 鈥淒ocuments鈥 at the top and select 鈥淪ettings for documents鈥.

Step 2

Select 鈥淐hange delivery type鈥.

Step 3

Go to the dropdown menu for 鈥淐orrespondence delivery鈥 and select your preferred option for the chosen recipient.

Click on 鈥淪ave鈥 to confirm the changes.

Mobile

Step 1

Log on to Mobile Banking.

Click on the 鈥淧rofile鈥 icon in the top left corner.

Step 2

Select 鈥淪ettings鈥.

Step 3

Go to 鈥淢anage document delivery鈥.

Step 4

Click 'Delivery' under the recipient of your choice.

Step 5

Choose your preferred option and press 鈥淪ave鈥 to confirm the changes.
