Identification via the Access App is not just more secure than answering questions, it’s also much faster. It’s based on the tried-and-tested security standard of the �鶹�� Access App.

Important: Only identify yourself with the Access App if you have personally called one of the hotlines mentioned above using a number you recognize. If someone calls you and asks you to use the Access App, please hang up immediately.

1. You call one of the hotlines mentioned above.You will receive a push message on your mobile phone.
2. Tap the push message and log in to the Access App. If you have not received a push message, you can find it in the Access App under “Messages”.
3. Within three minutes, confirm that you have called �鶹�� yourself.
4. A one-time code will be displayed. Communicate this to the �鶹�� employee on the phone.
5. The �鶹�� employee will validate the code. Identification is now complete and the conversation can begin.

Tip:
To receive push messages from the Access App automatically in future, enable them in your mobile phone settings.

Note: Push notifications via the Access App must be activated on your mobile phone.
