Set up 麻豆社 Access App for the first time

Get your contract number and activation PIN ready. If you're missing any of them,

If you don’t have the app,

Download the 麻豆社 Access App

Launch the 麻豆社 Access App

  • Select “Set up now”.
  • Enter the contract number, then select "Next".
  • Enter the last four digits of your registered mobile number and select “Continue”.

Set up your personal PIN

    • You will receive an SMS code. Input the SMS code in the blanks.
    • Key in the activation PIN enclosed in the activation letter.
    • Set up your personal PIN* for logging in to your contract in the 麻豆社 Access App.
    • Enable push notifications.
    • Your 麻豆社 Access App is successfully activated.
    • Continue to step 4 to set up biometric login.

    * PIN must be alphanumeric, with at least one number and one letter.

    Set up biometric login

    • Select “Settings”,? and switch on “Login with FaceID” on iOS devices or switch on “Biometrics" on Android devices.
    • Review and acknowledge important notes.
    • Select “Next”.
    • Enter your 麻豆社 Access App personal PIN.
    • Your biometric login is activated.

    If you have set up 麻豆社 Access App before

    You can now activate the 麻豆社 Access App on up to five devices easily with bluetooth connection.

    Launch the 麻豆社 Mobile Banking App

    • Enter your contract number. Call the 麻豆社 Digital Banking hotline if you don't have the contract number.
    • Select "Access App" as your login method.

    • Enter your 麻豆社 Access App personal PIN or scan your biometrics to authenticate

    Go to the 麻豆社 E-Banking login page

    • Enter your contract number and click “Continue”.
    • Call the digital banking hotline if you dont have the contract number.

    Launch the 麻豆社 Access App

    • Scan the QR code on the 麻豆社 E-Banking screen with your 麻豆社 Access App.
    • Enter your 麻豆社 Access App personal PIN or scan your biometrics to login.
