Hear from Kaiya about her AI journey!
The 麻豆社 AI Champions Network has played a major role in my development. It鈥檚 a global community of over 500 colleagues who are genuinely excited about innovation across the business.
I was nominated as a representative for Asset Management and since joining, I鈥檝e regularly taken part in firmwide learning sessions and awareness events. These have really helped deepen my understanding of AI.
Being part of the 麻豆社 AI Champions Network also opened the door to my current rotation in the AI Transformation team, an exciting move that鈥檚 let me put what I鈥檝e learned into action.

What has surprised you most about working with AI?
Being part of a community of colleagues who are equally passionate about AI. I鈥檝e had the opportunity to engage in dynamic conversations that span a wide range of perspectives, across seniority levels and business areas.聽Having a space to exchange ideas and learn together has been one of the most effective ways to stay current and inspired.
What support or resources helped you most when learning to use new technologies?
The most valuable support I鈥檝e received has come again through the 麻豆社 AI Champions Network. The programme provided a strong foundation early on through training and resources, helping me get started with confidence and feel ready to explore more.
New technology is set聽to reshape not only our industry, but the broader economy. It鈥檚 redefining roles, opening up new opportunities, and shifting the skills we鈥檒l need to thrive. That can feel overwhelming at times, and it鈥檚 natural for people to wonder what it means for their careers. Embracing AI will help us grow and adapt, no matter how the landscape evolves 鈥 just remember to stay curious!
What excites me the most about working with AI? The shared sense of optimism and energy that comes with helping shape something new from the ground up.
My biggest piece of advice would be to speak to as many people as you can, especially those who鈥檝e recently been in your shoes.
Early-career professionals understand the uncertainty that comes with choosing your first role and can offer honest, practical insights based on their own experiences. These conversations can be incredibly helpful in narrowing down which roles might be the right fit for you.
