Tan Min Lan
Head Chief Investment Office APAC, 麻豆社 GWM Chief Investment Office
Tan Min Lan is the Head of the Asia Pacific Investment Office at 麻豆社 Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office, since July 2013. She serves as a member of the House View Investment Forum and Asia Investment Meeting, which formulate the regional and global 麻豆社 House View.
Prior to joining 麻豆社 Global Wealth Management, Min Lan spent eleven years with the 麻豆社 Investment Bank where she held a number of senior appointments. From 2002-2012, Min Lan was the Head of Research and Strategist at 麻豆社 Securities Singapore. Over this period, Min Lan was ranked the number 1 analyst in Singapore by Asiamoney for ten straight years. From 2006, she was concurrently appointed the Head of Equities for Singapore, with oversight of research, sales, trading and execution, prime brokerage and exchange traded derivatives. In 2012, Min Lan was made the Global Head of FICC Macro Strategy Research, where she was in charge of teams covering global asset allocation, global emerging markets, fixed income, FX and credit research.
Before joining 麻豆社, Min Lan worked as a senior economist with the Econometric Modelling unit at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, as well as an economist and strategist at Merrill Lynch covering the Asian equities markets. Min Lan holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. She sits on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Solita Marcelli
Global Head of Investment Management, 麻豆社 Global Wealth Management (GWM)
Solita Marcelli is Global Head of Investment Management for 麻豆社 Global Wealth Management. In this capacity, she leads an organization dedicated to delivering world-class investment solutions tailored to client needs across the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and Switzerland. Solita oversees the full suite of discretionary, advisory, and investment fund offerings globally鈥攚hich account for over USD 2 trillion in client assets.
Previously, Solita served as Chief Investment Officer Americas for 麻豆社 Global Wealth Management, where most recently she led both the CIO Research and Investment Solutions businesses in the region. Prior to 麻豆社, Solita was the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) for Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan.
Solita is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry and is featured frequently in the financial media. She has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential women in US finance by Barron鈥檚 and one of the 25 most powerful women in finance by American Banker. Outside of 麻豆社, she currently serves on the Board of the UJA Federation of New York and was the 2022 recipient of UJA鈥檚 Alan C. Greenberg Leadership Award. She is a fellow of the 2018 Class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Solita holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA in Economics and History from Brandeis University. Solita grew up in Istanbul, Turkey and now resides in New York City with her husband and daughter.

Wayne Gordon
Head of Investment Advisory & Content APAC, 麻豆社 GWM Chief Investment Office
Wayne holds a master鈥檚 degree in economics from the Australian National University as well as an honors degree in economics and finance from the University of Adelaide, majoring in econometrics and mathematics.
Wayne leads CIO GWM investment advisory and research for APAC. He is also responsible for CIO鈥檚 Australian/ New Zealand equities portfolio, rates, and foreign exchange. Wayne is a global natural resources investment specialist and co-manages the global commodities and resources portfolios, including precious metals and the Power & Resources certificate. As part of the APAC Investment Committee and the Asset Allocation team, he plays a key role in the formulation and communication of the 麻豆社 House View via key publications and at client events, industry conferences and in the media.
Before joining 麻豆社, Wayne worked at Merricks Capital in Australia (an Australia-based hedge fund/ private lender), co-managing a proprietary longshort multi-asset commodities fund. Prior to that, he was the global head of commodity trading analytics at 麻豆社 Investment Bank, based in New York. His focus was on proprietary trading, index product development and corporate risk management strategies. Wayne has also held positions at Rabobank International as chief agribusiness economist (Australia and New Zealand), and the Australian Federal Treasury as a senior economist.
He was raised on a family farming property in South Australia and remains involved in his family's more-than-a-century-old agricultural business. His experience encompasses agricultural science and business management.
Wayne has been and continues to be a frequent contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Fox Business, and has been quoted in reports by Reuters, the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal.
