The Associate Program is a structured talent initiative within Global Wealth Management EMEA, designed to build the skills and network needed to grow into a client鈥慺acing relationship manager role.听Whether you鈥檙e just starting out or already have experience building relationships, if you bring the right attitude, a client-focused mindset, and access to dynamic networks, our program offers the platform to develop a long term career in wealth management.

How to apply
Getting started couldn鈥檛 be easier. Search our job board and submit your CV directly (you can also import your LinkedIn profile). If you find several good matches, you can apply for up to five each month.

For most junior roles
If you鈥檙e a great fit, you鈥檒l receive a link to record your video interview. Be sure to treat it like an in-person interview. Dress smartly, keep eye contact and be concise. You鈥檒l do great.

The last part of this process is a series of virtual or in-person interviews. You鈥檒l get the chance to meet your future line manager and potentially some peers or senior leaders. Show us your personality, tell us about your skills and share why you鈥檙e a great match for the position you鈥檇 love. This is your chance to really market yourself, so don鈥檛 be afraid to leave us with a lasting impression.

We won鈥檛 leave you hanging. After the interviews, we鈥檒l reach out as soon as possible. If it鈥檚 good news, we may ask you for some extra info (credit check, referrals, etc.) so we can finish up our screening process.
