• Larissa Belova will join the US real estate senior management team in �鶹�� Asset Management

New York, NY, January 8, 2025 – �鶹�� Asset Management today announced that Larissa Belova has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager in the US Direct Real Estate team. Larissa will report to Matthew Johnson, Head of Real Estate Americas, and work closely with the wider team to manage US direct real estate portfolios. Larissa’s real estate experience includes roles in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, structured finance, capital raising and investor relations.

In this role, Larissa will drive the market positioning and growth of the US direct real estate team’s investment strategy, working in close collaboration with the platform’s research, portfolio management, client relations, operations and transactions teams.

With over 22 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, Larissa joins �鶹�� Asset Management from CBRE Investment Management where she served as Portfolio Manager of the firm’s flagship diversified open-end core fund. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the fund’s strategy, investments, performance, portfolio management, and client relations. In the span of her career, Larissa has acquired, managed, and sold real estate across the risk and return spectrum in a diverse mix of asset types, including logistics, multifamily, retail and office, as well as the next generation sectors of student housing, affordable housing, self-storage, life sciences, medical office, and data centers.

Prior to CBRE Investment Management, she’s held roles at Thor Equities, Jonathan Rose Companies, Praedium Group, NYC Economic Development Corporation, and Lexington Realty Trust.
