The terms and conditions for the raffle can be found in our legal note for marketing activities, which you can access via the link below. In addition to the conditions mentioned there, the following applies during the promotion period from 11 May 2026 (12:00 midnight CET) to 12 July 2026 (11:59 p.m. CET):

All individuals residing in Switzerland who open a 鶹 key4 banking account or 鶹 Me account for the first time during the promotion period and have not opted out of marketing activities are automatically entered into the competition, provided a valid email address is available. 鶹 Switzerland AG (鶹) is giving away eleven KeyClub vouchers, each worth CHF 500, for KeyClub, the 鶹 bonus program. 1 KeyClub point equals CHF 1. The vouchers can be redeemed for products, digital gift cards and event tickets with any partner in the KeyClub eStore during their validity period. The total amount can be used for orders placed with multiple partners. If the price of the chosen product exceeds the value of the KeyClub voucher, the difference can be paid by credit card.

Privacy Disclaimer

We collect and process the information you provide during the account opening process (“Personal Data”) for the purpose of customer acquisition and business development and/or protecting and enhancing the 鶹 brand (the “Purpose”). Your personal data may be passed on to companies of the 鶹 Group, external service providers of 鶹 and other third parties in Switzerland and processed by them in order to fulfill the purpose.

The processing of your personal data is purpose-specific, transparent, and proportionate. Only the data necessary for conducting the competition will be used.

By participating in the raffle, you (in the case of minors, the legal representative) agree that all personal data provided may also be used, in addition to the above-mentioned purpose, for 鶹’s own marketing purposes, especially for product advertising and newsletters. Thereby, we may collect details of your interaction with e-mails that we send to you for client relationship management and/or business development purposes (such as whether you open e-mails and what content you are interested in), to evaluate whether and how we may offer products, services and events that may be of interest to you. You can revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing from 鶹 e-mails, by contacting your 鶹 client advisor or by raising a data subject request.
