Overview

The investment objective of the investment group is to achieve a return in CHF that corresponds to the risk structure.

To this end, the investment group invests via collective investment schemes in fixed- and variable-rate money market investments, bonds and debt instruments, as well as in Swiss mortgages and real estate.

The share of real estate and mortgages comprises at least 30% of the investment group's assets.

Foreign currency bonds are hedged against the Swiss franc as comprehensively as possible.

The investment group therefore meets the investment regulations under the Ordinance on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (BVV 2) and the Ordinance on Investment Foundations (ASV).

Pertaining to Art. 29 para. 1 (e) ASV and the investment guidelines of the 麻豆社 Investment Foundation 4, the category limit for real estate under BVV 2 may be exceeded as of 1 December 2022.

The investment guidelines of the investment group allow the BVG 2 real estate limit of 30% to be exceeded up to a maximum of 34%.

Risks

The investment group may invest in money market investments, mortgages, bonds and real estate, and can therefore be exposed to lower fluctuations in value. The value of a unit may fall below the purchase price. Changes in interest rates have an effect on the value of the portfolio. Bonds are generally deemed to carry credit risk (i.e. potential loss in the event of issuer bankruptcy). The investment group may invest in less liquid assets, which may be more difficult to sell in distressed market conditions. On these grounds, an investment requires a corresponding risk appetite and capacity. Every investment group has specific risks that may increase significantly under unusual market conditions.
